Farmed Japanese Sword Tip Squid “Shiroika” Sashimi (Frozen)
Our sashimi grade farm raised Sword Tip Squid, or Shiroika, has a buttery and rich flavor. Light and velvety in texture, it is incredible as sashimi or carpaccio. Serve with freshly grated ginger for an authentic experience.
Our Shiroika comes sliced and preserved with a liquid based flash freezing method. This freezes the fish much faster than traditional flash freezing, and keeps the fish at a higher quality with a fresher taste without any preservatives to retain color.
To prepare, soak the entire package in cold water in the sink for 30-60 minutes, depending on the size. Open the package, optionally pat down to remove excess moisture, and enjoy!

【解凍方法】
パッケージごと冷水にさらし解凍します。
解凍後、ぺーパータオルなどでお刺身の表面を軽くふき取ってからお召し上がりください。
サイズにもよりますが、約３０分～１時間ほどで解凍いただけます。
