Our frozen Akami is farm-raised in Turkey and processed in Japan.
Akami is meaty, red, low in fat, and will deliver the strongest flavor of the tuna. Enjoyable as sushi and sashimi!

To defrost, place product in ziplock bag and place in cold water for 1-2 hours before eating.
*Please be aware that you may find bones in the fish.
* Be aware that the color and shape of Akami may vary as it is natural product.
*This super frozen tuna is stored at -70 degrees F and easily affected by sudden temperature changes.It should never be thawed on the counter or in hot water and must not be left at room temperature.
Please store the vacuum sealed fish in a freezer immediately after receiving the product and up until you are ready to eat.
**A regular household freezer will be too warm for the super frozen tuna, so consume the tuna stored in the freezer within 1 week of receiving the product
*When defrosting, the surface and center may turn brown due to temperature change. If the product is defrosted correctly, the quality will not change.

※超低温 -70℉で冷凍されているマグロのため、温度変化に弱く、特にカウンターに置いて常温で放置したり、またはお湯での解凍はしないでください。
商品お受け取り後、ご配達時の真空パックされた状態のまま、速やかに冷凍保管してください。
※一般のご家庭用冷凍庫は、超低温より温度が上がってしまうため、製品お受け取り後、冷凍保管でも1週間以内にお召し上がりください。
※解凍する際、温度変化により表面や中心部が褐色に変色する場合がございますが、適切な解凍方法で処理された場合の変色は、品質に問題はございません。
