Our gold grade uni is one grade below our premium uni. Texture and color will not be as amazing as premium grade uni, but it still has umami and is just as fresh. It is packed into plastic trays once the order is received so we can ensure its freshness. The plastic tray travels very well and each pocket holds approximately 20g, which is perfect for a serving of uni sushi or shooter. Alternatively we recommend this grade if you are looking to make some uni pasta!
